Description
Adaptec 2010S/2015S SCSI RAID Firmware Upgrade 3b0a. This firmware upgrade will resolve compatibility problems that have been seen in new motherboards with the 7901B chip onboard. Installation Instruction:
  • With the firmware image file on a floppy disk (the file automatically extracts to A:), check to verify the file name is 20103B0A.IMA.
  • Reboot your system and enter the Adaptec BIOS utility when prompted (CTRL A during the boot process).
  • Highlight the controller and press ALT A.
  • When the "action" menu is displayed, select "flash HBA".
  • Insert the floppy disk with the firmware image and select a: as your source.
  • Highlight the firmware image file and press enter. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the flash process and reboot the system when prompted.
